Megatek Review vs Ovation Cell Therapy: Does it Work

(Ovation Products photographed by me, the Megatek Photo was taken from Google Images)

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome: About six months ago I did a review on Ovation Cell Therapy and included a video and a brief story about my hair. In the video I mentioned that I was loosing hair...but I never said why....well for the past two years I have been loosing hair due to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.  Loosing hair can be freaking scary and slightly annoying when you hear people say, "You can't even tell, I don't know what your talking about your hair is so full"...until I flipped my hair around and showed them my temple area that was thinning. Yes, I have A LOT of hair, but it's A LOT of fine hair which is completely different than thick hair.  Fine hair needs to be cared for differently since the strands are so delicate...and on top of it, my hair is curly so things can get a little tricky.  My hair is currently growing back, but I am still doing tests with different doctors and going to a nutritionist to make sure I am getting the proper nutrients to balance out my hormones in a more holistic way.

Ovation Cell Therapy Review for Hair Growth: I was on a mission to find products that would help promote hair growth and maintain curls. The first product I tried out for three months was the Advance Ovation Cell Therapy System. Like I said in the review, the outcome was great if you want to manage healthy hair.  The texture of my curls were beautiful and I did notice some grow...some not a whole lot in the past three months.  Overall I felt that the whole system was unnecessary and I only wanted the cell therapy which you can purchase for $60 plus tax.  After not using Ovation Cell Therapy, I did notice the quality in my hair went down which made me crave that extra boots back.

MegaTek Review for Hair Growth: I did some more research to see if there was an alternative product to Ovation and I stumbled upon a product called MegaTek.  Biggest tip I can give to someone unsure of buying a new product, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! I watched videos, looked up the ingredients, read good and bad reviews on how MegaTek revitalized hair or how it broke off hair.  I found the pros outweighed the cons and ordered MegaTek off of Amazon through this buyer.  Don't be alarmed when you see that this product is for horses...it's kind of like Mane 'n' Tail, it is used on horses but safe on human hair.  The key ingredient for hair boost in MegaTek, hydrolyzed keratin protein.

Ovation Cell Therapy & Megatek Results: The texture, the scent and the process of Megatek and Ovation Cell Therapy are exactly the same.  They both share similar ingredients including the main ingredient hydrolyzed keratin protein. The only thing that I am not sure of is the quantity.  So if someone who has a better understanding on the quantity and information on some of the ingredients please feel free to comment below and share. Overall, I like Megatek and will continue to stick with that product.  It's less then Ovation and I am seeing FAST RESULTS however....I don't know if my results are due to my nutrition or the fact that my hormones are starting to balance out again.  I still have to do more test and I will try to frequently update you all on my progress.  I felt like I needed to post this up despite the fact that I hate talking about it.  I want to inform women who are going through the same thing like me and know that with the proper changes and care you can bounce back. Dealing with all these symptoms is frustrating, so I also highly recommend going to a doctor to make sure you have polycystic ovary syndrome.

How to Use Megatek: I have naturally curly fine hair.  I wash my hair every other day or every two days with either (best drugstore shampoo) Burts Bee Shampoo or a (higher end shampoo) sulfate free shampoo like Loreal....I am currently using the Loreal.  After washing I then condition my hair with the Loreal Intense Conditioner and leave it on for 5-10 minutes (It's great as a deep conditioner too, leave it on for an hour or two around the house).  After rinsing out the conditioner I then apply the MegaTek on damp hair to the scalp only.  I leave it on until my next hair rinse.  I know some people leave it on for a certain amount of time than rinse it, but I am stating my routine and what works best for me.  I go about my day with it in and apply Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus Curl Smoothie to hold my curls (This stuff is a DREAM for my curly hair)

One Mistake I Made on my Curly Hair Journey: I did not take before and after photos of my hair....silly I know.
