Items that I'm currently obsessed with

Hello my pretty pretties! :) I'm currently munching on THEE BEST granola EVER! Why?! Because it's super yummy...and my mommy made it (had to throw that out there) Anyways! Here are some items I'm in love with, majority of the products here are from Target :) 

Nicole by O.P.I.  - Love this color and it LAST!!!! I need to go back for some more cute colors (Target)

E.L.F. - Starting left (Cuticle oil, lip gloss, minty lip gloss, hand sanitizer) These products are inexpensive and work great! I'm constantly picking at my cuticles...gross I know...but this little oil stick saves my little fingers! I love these two lip glosses!!! The right one is minty so it feels oh so wonderful on your lips :) And hand santitizer is a must for me. This one actually came in a pack, so you get three.  This one in particular smells like cucumber.

I LOVE BIG HAIR! I only shampoo my hair once a week because I have curly CURLY hair which tends to get dry.  But when I shampoo my locks of capistrano lol I feel the texture change and thicken. (Any beauty store)

Snap, crackle POP! lol I love my gum and snapping it too! My boyfriend got me on these extra dessert delights. I tried the apple pie one which was AMAZING! So I went out and bought the strawberry shortcake and the mint chocolate chip ice cream. (Target)

Anyone who knows me, knows I love me some hello kitty!!! I found this at Target for $1!!!! I needed a loofah for my pink bathroom so I had to get this!

Burt's Bee is one of my Favorite products when I go in the beauty section.  I literally have over a dozen chapsticks (which feel amazing on my lips) 2 moisturizers (which really hydrates) and face cleansers (a poppy seed cleanser which is really creamy for dry faces in the winter time) (Target)

Love this product, when I feel like I'm pale, I rub this on my face and I get a little glow without having to be in the sun...Oh it smells pretty too!!! (Target)

Color Science is fabulous!!! I believe the creator of Bare Escentuals created this line.  Sometimes I forget to put on sun screen...and sometimes I don't want to put on sun screen because I feel like an oil slick....but this is a mineral base sunscreen SPF 30 which feels great on my face.  It has a little tint, so days where I am in a rush and don't have time for make-up and forget sunscreen, I just quickly brush this over my face and go.

Hmmmm I love the name of this product haha. My grandmother got this for me as a gift and thought it was cute to give Olivia some Olivia Care. This soap smells like green tea yum yum yum and doesn't leave my hands to dry.

The bag that my baby got I love love love! It's navy blue and I've been wearing a lot of neutrals lately so this bag really compliments my outfits :)

The meaning of RIO the Dream*Catcher

Good afternoon my dears! So I have gotten a few questions surprisingly, from a few people asking me what is the meaning of my blog name, RIO THE DREAM*CATCHER.  Well to start off with RIO...those are my intials backwards :) As for dream-catcher, one, I love dream-catchers....I love them so much I have a tattoo on my right hip/thigh which you can see by click on this --> dream-catcher 

Anybody who knows me, knows that I'm very big on culture. Whether it is learning about other individuals culture and background or whether it's representing your own :) I am half Polish and then African American and Native American Indian (Choctaw Nation) So that's another reason why I chose the dream-catcher...but anywho! Back to my studies and then work blahhhh!

R.I.P. to the people who lost their lives on 9/11 and who fought overseas due to this tragic event. I send out my love and prayers after 10 years to the people and families affected by that day. I pray that we all can just one day come together in unity, not just as a country but unite with everyone all over the world.

YIKES!

So I have been soooooo behind on my post! I have been computerless at school smh. I'm currently back home in San Jose for the three day weekend hoorayyy!!!! Anyways! I am taking 18 units, working 15 hours AND I just joined cross country!!! So there is a whole new change for me, many new faces on campus, new schedule that I'm adjusting to and so many new responsiblities...so bare with me and my posts :P Here are some new pix from my recent photo shoot :) As soon as I get my computer back, I will post up the videos and be back to posting on a daily routine.
