Inchin's Bamboo Garden in San Jose

Need a new spot for happy hour or are you craving a place to eat that unites spice and bold flavors? Inchin's Bamboo Garden an Indian Chinese fusion has made its way to San Jose not far from Levi's Stadium (great location right?) I wanted to share some of my favorite items that is on this delicious menu!

Drinks: 

The IBG Mule - (First drink photoed) My favorite drink on the menu. Perfect summer drink that is light and refreshing. 

Shanghai Silk - (Second drink photoed) This sweet dessert drink tasted like cake!  

  

Appetizer:

Shrimp Pepper Salt - Full of flavor and with a bit of spice! If you are dining with a party more than two, I suggest you order a plate for yourself because you will not want to share this plate!

Sides: 

Vegetarian Burnt Garlic Fried Rice - The rice was cooked well and had so much flavor. If I didn't have the main dish, I could have made this a meal.

Main Dish:

Green Vegetable Thai Curry - If you love curry, you are in for a treat! You will experience sweet and savory thanks to the coconut milk. Pair this dish with the Fried Rice and you have a dreamy duo.

I'll make this as short as possible :)

It has been one hell of a month.  Sorry for the lack of posts and photos. As you can see, I have been eating well :)  I am doing a 60 day Paleo challenge which has been going smoothly despite my craving for warm bread and butter and a chocolate cupcake. 

 

Next, say hello to my little friend :) BEAR!!!! 

 

Next, Clothes!!!! I am trying to step up my game and take more photos of outfits, hauls, diy projects and post amazing ideas I have in my head....I am trying not to use time as an excuse, but my goal is to have a fabulous post by the end of this week up. I will also post up photos from work since I style the mannequins in beautiful designer clothing, personally buy designer merchandise and create the visuals on the floor.

Good afternoon!!!!

A lot of great new changes are going on in my life right now.  I closed the door to my opprotunity that was in San Francisco to open a new door to two new opprotunities in San Jose (best decision ever) Here are some pictures from this week and last week.

Photo one is from today for my meeting: Banana Republic Cardigan, Basic Tank, Ann Taylor pants & H&M belt.

Photo two was from Sunday, all of that amazing food that is photographed was from La Boulange, The Posh Bagel, Starbucks and my mama & the last photo was the entrance to the place I use to work (buh byeee)

I still have yet to do another mix and match post which will be up in a couple of days, and I will also be posting up another youtube video on how I use Ovation Cell Therapy since I am getting different questions about that, so stay tuned and have a lovely Tuesday!

Food & Fitness & More Writing

I was working out at the gym a few hours ago and during my workout, I noticed this lady attempting to mimic my workout routine (love it!!!)...then it dawned on me...I should start to incorporate health and fitness in my posts since our health affects our body which affects how we wear clothes and how we take care of our hair, skin and nails ladies!!! Everything in life is connected as one...and now...so is this blog :) With all the extra time on my hands, I have been cooking and experimenting in the kitchen and would like to share my creations with you all. I just know my mother who is probably reading this is laughing and thinking to herself, "Are you trying to make your readers sick?".... I can really cook and bake ladies and gentlemen...pretty damn well if I say so myself. My style though... organic items, no pork, red meats and definitely no soda. I am not a nutritionist, I'm just logging how I eat and how I work out.  Just realize everyone is different and sometimes things can mesh with others and sometimes it's not meant to be. But I hope you enjoy my future photos and posts!

My apologies for slacking with the posts! I had a busy weekend in L.A. and by tonight I will be done with finals!!!!  As you can see I have no outfits posted....I wasn't satisfied with how the photos turned out so I am going to redo them and also post up a haul (yes another haul) and a review on some new beauty products I have recently purchased. Since I am wrapping up the school year I will be posting three times a week AT LEAST!!!! Other then that....have a great day my beautiful readers!!!!!

Hello beautiful readers!!! 

Forgive me for not posting last week...I had the opportunity to go to Seattle, Washington for a journalism convention for four days, and the time I did have for posting went all to exploring Seattle.  So for not keeping you up to date, expect a post every other day for this week :) More about my trip...Seattle is such an amazing city and I cannot wait to go back!!! I would love to move their at some point of my life, not long term though, I'm to much of a California girl :)  The shopping, the food (OMGGGGG), the sites...dare I say it...I think it's better then San Francisco....but in different ways (it's cleaner too) Describing Seattle in this post will not do it any justice...you need to experience Seattle in order to get what I am talking about. But anyways...I wish I had a handful of fashion photos from Seattle to show you, but it was FREEZING up there, and quite frankly, I chose comfort over style.  I am extremely surpised and oh so proud to say that I did not go on a shopping spree out there.  Partly because I packed small and didn't want to buy another suitcase and also because I went on a shopping spree prior to my departure for California (Watch out for the haul post) But like I said, Seattle is quite an experience and I can't wait to make another trip up there soon....I hope you enjoy a few of my photos and expect a haul post, shots for Bay Area Fashion, and a beauty review this week!!!
